Hotel esteticamente carino all’interno, ma il personale è incompetente e per niente cordiale , le stanze hanno un odore strano, e si sentono rumori forti da altre stanze , tra cui bambino che corrono e urlano, non lo consiglierei per chi vuole stare in tranquillità e senza problemi con i dipendenti

I have to admit I mostly leave reviews if the attitude is exceptionally good or bad. I was coming from Skiing in Aosta Valley. After check out I wanted to leave my luggage for a few hours. They don't have a storage room, only lockers. No Ski will fit there, and it's not possible to leave bigger things. I don't think my request is very exceptional to leave Skis for a few hours after check out, Torino is the gateway to Aosta Valley. They didn't offer any solution not even at my own risk but told me to go to the train station to leave it (which is really far away). What an ignorant and careless answer, I was really speechless that the staff had the courage to give me such an stupid answer. They didn't care at all. Other than that it is a very modern Hostel. It is very good for working remotely there but not for atmosphere or any friendliness. Also very dynamic pricing which might differ 100% depending on the date, it's just a very commercial place.

Rooms were good and very big. However if you stay in the 6 bed dorm be warned that you might be sleeping directly next to another person (like a double bed, just with a small wooden desk separating). The setup makes no sense as there is more than enough space to separate the beds.

Still a modern and good place, just don't expect any help or empathy

Questo era la mia seconda volta in “Combo”, dopo Bologna e posso dire che sia bellissimo. Le camere sono puliti, spazi e il letto molto comodo. Il servizio è ottimo, tutti sono molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione è ottima. C’è solo una cosa che non mi è piaciuta- la colazione, per 10€ ci dovrebbe essere più scelta, non solo yogurt, uova e alcuni dolci, non ne vale la pena pagare per questo.

Très belle auberge au style épuré/industriel d'une propreté impeccable. Ils fournissent le gel douche/shampoing et 2 serviettes, et il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très bien situé à 2 pas de Porta Palazzo, gigantesque marché à ciel ouvert, et de la cathédrale. Je recommande ! C'est un party hostel dy moins le we, donc faites juste attention si vous voulez aller vous coucher tôt le vendredi soir, prenez vos boule quiès, mais c'est super sympa une auberge qui est aussi un lieu social. Et le personnel est cool :-) Je recommande sans hésiter!
