Well organized and well maintained place. Staff can speak and understand English which helps a lot.
I took a bed in dormitory room which contained 4 beds in total, bunker style.
Smart equipments installed in the corridor and rooms to prevent wastage of electricity.
Good clean towels and bedsheets were provided, along with locker (with lock, so please carry one) and facility to charge your phones just near your bed.
If you are reaching too late or too early, try to check with reception to get the door code in advance if possible.
Only drawback is the door of the hotel is easy to miss, so do keep an eye out.
It is quite accessible from the touristic attractions at reasonable pricing.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay (barring the snoring of fellow roommate, but can't blame the hotel for this hahha ????)

Camera pulita, ampia, luminosa. Perfetta per le quattro notti trascorse con la famiglia nel periodo pasquale. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Check-in e check-out facile, possibile anche negli orari di chiusura reception, mandano tutte le info sul tuo cell! Molto gentili e disponibili. Ambiente curato e pulito. Forniscono lenzuola e asciugamani. Bagno fornito con bagnoschiuma in doccia e asciugacapelli. Prese comode per ricarica cellulare. Temperatura in camera perfetta. Anche se solo per una notte, sono stata molto bene e tornerò sicuramente.

Super séjour. Un accueil au top. La chambre est propre. On avait même un petit balcon ! On a pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée après notre départ de l'hôtel. Emplacement top (10mn à pied du centre). Nous retournons sans hésiter là-bas.

Good value hostel. I stayed in a single room and it had a comfortable bed. The room also has a table and shelves. The shower is small but it’s powerful and warm. The staff are friendly and helpful and the WiFi is fast. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the center of town.
I had a bit of problem sleeping because the walls are a bit thin, I could hear the people in the room opposite and also the water pipes rattling, also dogs barking in the night.
It’s good value for money and recommend for short stays.

Hotel/Ostello ideale per viaggiatori in solitaria, a due passi dal centro storico. Molto confortevole. Dispenser automatico di acqua gratuito nel salone comune, giardinetto esterno, sala relax e cucina.

Nous avons fait escale dans cette auberge par hasard et nous avons adoré le rapport qualité prix.
L’accueil par le jeune homme adorable et bienveillant. Nous a conseillé les meilleures endroit à visiter.
Il y a un ascenseur et c’est non négligeable.

Le seul point négatif c’est la pression dans le pommeau de douche et la difficulté à y trouver la bonne température
Mention spéciale pour la literie encore meilleure que dans un hôtel
Mention aussi pour la vue du balcon de la chambre
L’accueil par le jeune homme adorable et bienveillant. Nous a conseillé les meilleures endroit à visiter.

The negative rating is due to a major sanitation and hygiene problem due to the presence of black mold in the room assigned (203). We stayed at the facility for two nights one Friday and one Saturday in order to attend a conference. The facility was chosen by the organizers of the conference because guests had appreciated the location and quality of service in the past. We checked in late in the evening but from the first night we realized the incredible amount of mold in the room and bathroom (see photos). After a first night spent with some breathing difficulties we asked for action to be taken or for alternative solutions to be proposed. We packed everything up to allow our belongings to be transported to another room and left a phone number before leaving all day to attend the conference. When we returned, we discovered that not only had the room not been cleaned of mold, but routine cleaning had not been done either. When we asked for an explanation, we were told - rudely - that there were no other rooms available and that we could not expect action on a Saturday.

Un séjour incroyable, mes camarades de chambre étaient très sympathique, les pièces communes sont très spacieuses et joliment décorées. Le personnel est très agréable et donne de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les boutiques où aller. Je ne peux que vous conseiller de venir !

Un po' spartano, problemi con l'acqua calda, piatto doccia sgretolato. In camera non ci sono interruttori comodi per attaccare il telefono. Unica cosa positiva la posizione

A due passi da Porta Nuova, centralissimo ma tranquillo. Semplicità raffinata e cura dei dettagli. Ambiente internazionale e giovane, ottima frequentazione. Impeccabile l'accoglienza. Buonissime le torte da colazione.

Très bonne expérience ! Le personnel a l’accueil est très agréable. Très bien placé, à 3 rues du parc Valentino, et plutôt proche du centre.
J’ai eu un problème de payement (j’ai été encaissé deux fois) mais le propriétaire a été très serviable et a réglé le problème.

Più ostello che hotel, ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova, dalla metro e dalle principali fermate degli autobus; comodo anche per raggiungere, con i mezzi pubblici, lo Juventus stadium. Ottimi il servizio e l'accoglienza; la reception chiude alle 20. Wi fi, cucina con frigorifero e sale hobby comuni gratuite; lavatrici a gettone. Le camere, decisamente spartane, sono ampie, silenziose e senza TV; letti molto comodi. I prezzi sono da hotel. Consigliato.
