Lovely, inventive food. Citrus haddock particularly enjoyed. Staff were very quick to attend to a small problem of cold soup. We recommend that both the bowl and the jug are fully warmed before service as otherwise a lot of cooling takes place after the soup leaves the kitchen. Full marks otherwise
