2023.10.03-06 - a comfortable suite in this very interesting vine covered old home filled with antiques and fanciful little touches. The proprietor, Demetrio, is kind and attentive. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the plumbing all work well, the Wi-Fi was good. It was very quiet. Fresh pasties and commercial yogurt and Italian style coffee for breakfast. Easy ten minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi. Great place!

Comodo e tranquillo nel centro storico di Parma; posizione perfetta per entrare ed uscire in macchina o a piedi. We stayed here this past September for a 4 day & 4 night trip. Demetrio was the perfect host, kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect both for day trips driving in and out of Parma, as well as just parking your car and walking the town. If we ever make it back to Parma, this will certainly be our destination. Grazie Demetrio!

Had the most wonderful experience staying here. The room is spotless, and the host is very generous and kind. Very close to the city center so it's the perfect location if you want to explore the city.

Splendido B&B, con stanze ampie e molto pulite. Il signor Demetrio è di una gentilezza e di un'accoglienza fuori dal comune e fa sentire i propri ospiti come a casa. Consiglio vivamente la struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare nella bella Parma. Grazie e...alla prossima ☺️

Had a really warm welcome here. The manager doesn't really speak english, but we got along well. I got anything I needed. The hotel is well cared for, and packed with art that I guess the manager is collecting. Rooms are clean and the price is not expensive for the location and size of the rooms. Continental breakfast was also well. Would certainly recommend this BnB.

Manca una stella perché al risveglio ci si aspetta sempre una colazione sontuosa e deliziosa per ben iniziare la giornata. Sono esigente, lo so, ma una sbrisolina fatta dalle sapienti mani della nonna sarebbe stata perfetta o, perché no, un piatto di culatello!
