Let me start by saying that this place is truly iconic in Modena. It's on everyone's must-visit list, so it's definitely not a hidden gem! With that said, making a reservation is a must. When I arrived, I was seated promptly as my table was ready. I already had my eye on which dishes I wanted to try, so I ordered the Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach as a starter, followed by the Beef fillet with aceto balsamico. As you can see in the pictures, the portions are quite generous. While the Tortelloni's filling was somewhat overshadowed by the ragu taste, it still tasted delicious. The real star of the show was the fillet, ordered rare and cooked to perfection. Interestingly, halfway through eating, I found myself feeling full, but the sauce was so addictive that I kept going until I finished it all ????. While waiting for my dishes, I noticed how efficient the staff was. Despite having only four waiters for the entire restaurant, including the outdoor seating, they managed to attend to everyone's needs perfectly. It's no wonder this place continues to be a big hit!

Una atención EXTRAORDINARIA y una comida típica de Modena y MUY RICA, comimos en su terraza cubierta, quedamos encantados con todo, de primero tomamos Tortellini de carne y queso, la pasta hecha por ellos y te los sirven en un cuenco con un exquisito caldo de pollo, luego pedimos su “cocido” que son diversas clases de carnes cocidas servidas con 4 salsas diferentes y un platito de habas que todo ello hace un conjunto verdaderamente DELICIOSO, luego unos postres muy ricos,os pongo fotos para que veáis el buen aspecto de todo!!
la relación calidad precio muy buena.
RESTAURANTE SUPER RECOMENDABLE!!!

We had a great experience at this place.
The restaurant is really regional and typical and prices quite affordable.
Our waiter was extremely professional and kind, we had also a very pleasant conversation.
I love our traditional italian bollito misto and I went for that, together with some parmesan served with balsamic vinegar and gnocco fritto.
At the end a nocino liqueur from their homemade production is more than recommended to finish the meal.
Absolutely absolutely recommended place.
