Absolutely amazing. The tortellini left us speechless - probably the best pasta we have had in Italy, and we have tried many. The lunch menu on Saturday had a lot of meat, but I was very happy that the staff accommodated me as a vegetarian by swapping meat sauce for butter. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The service is a bit impatient. The food is good. Crowed. Better to book in advance.

Amazing place! I have tried to go to other trattorie in modena (ex. aldina, fantino) and they won’t even consider giving you a seat even for one person without reservation. But at Ermes they put you in a table with other people, which is a very nice experience to make friends and chat.
Highly recommend coming here for a couple or 1 person.

La pasta estaba Maravillosa, en especial los tortellones con ricotta y espinaca.. absolutamente exquisitos. El osobuco también muy rico!
