Personale molto gentile, spa deliziosa, pulita, spazi accoglienti! E acqua calda nella piscina all' aperto ha reso tutto magnifico. Consiglio solo di aggiungere nella saletta relax un po' di frutta...frutta secca....biscottini magari anche senza glutine

Abbiamo usufruito solo dei servizi della Spa. Il personale molto cordiale e a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Piscina caldissima esterna e piscine interne molto suggestive. Bagno turco balsamico e salette relax con stufe accese oltre alla saletta del sale. A disposizione tisane calde e bevande fredde, biscottini e mele.
Ogni ambiente pulitissimo, spogliatoi bagni e docce dotati di dispenser con saponi di qualità.
Considerata la qualità dei servizi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Torneremo!

Sono stata alla spa dell'hotel, non posso dare recensioni per cui sulle camere, posso solo dire che le addette alla reception sono molto cortesi e carine, anche all' accesso dell' area wellness, location davvero bella, aperitivo in piscina buono e abbastanza abbondante, acqua calda all'esterno ma anche all'interno.una del migliori spa di Rimini. Consiglio davvero.

I have traveled a lot and I never came across such a terrible hotel, I simply beg everyone not to book this hotel.
My room had two broken windows that I was unable to close and the staff simply didn’t care. As they would play loud music all day expect from maybe 1:30 to 8 am, I would struggle falling asleep, and would wake up when they start blasting the music again. Once again made for a terrible experience, the broken permanently open window, staff does not care, loud music..
The pool area by the way is a huge scam because you have to pay 30€ each time you use it - never seen this before
and finally breakfast is really basic, really not good considering you can cook and have food in your room, not worth wasting money
