Highly recommend. Luxury stay in Milan. Easy walk to anyway, right in heart of Milan. Great stuff, exceptional breakfast. Place made my stay

Terrible hotel. 0/5 stars, no shower that even has its own walls, weird interior with cheap and gaudy looking curtains. Terrible staff at the front. Should be no more than 100$, just stay at the motel instead you will have a better experience. For 1500$ per room per night this is a disgrace.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally would give zero stars if I could. This hotel should be 200 dollars a night maximum. It is an ugly hotel, looks like it's a fake indoor movie set with fake flowers, concrete walls, random curtains everywhere. Unhelpful staff, ugly inside. For 1600$ a night the room doesn't even have its own SHOWER. There are curtains inside of the bedroom that is where the shower is. This is a two star establishment at best. Disgrace. They just try to make more money off you for no reason. If you want to have a nice vacation and avoid stress do not stay here, if you want to be able to sleep in peace, do not stay here. There were people fighting while asleep, terrible concierge, terrible doormen, terrible room, non existent bathroom.

Hotel, service, location, everything was absolutely amazing and so wonderful. Walter at reception was so helpful and kind. Benjamin in the bar was terrific and greeted us every day and chatted. The hotel is so beautiful and elegant and our room was perfect. The dining room experience was incredible! Highly recommend this to anyone!
