We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The beds and linens are within expectations for the price.

La Torretta Lodge in Manarola, Italy is disgusting. Everything in our room - walls, beds, furniture - was covered with gnats, and it smelled like mold and mildew. It was uninhabitable. We arrived later in the evening and couldn’t contact the manager since it was after 9:00PM. We couldn’t stay in there, and had to camp out with other family members in another room.

The manager (Elena?) tried to blame us for the gnats, claiming we opened the window. She finally admitted that there was a water leak from the room above. She was exceptionally rude and would not credit our credit card for the room charge. Absolutely disgraceful.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of Manarola. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is simply the best, catering to our every need.

Quel accueil exceptionnel accueil, digne d’un grand palace, pour ce petit hôtel de charme au cœur du plus beau des cinq villages. Un petit-déjeuner sur mesure en fonction de vos allergies. Calme, douceur de vivre à l’italienne, rare dans cet endroit touristique.

INHUMAN!!! My pregnant wife had an emergency and needed a toilet. They told her to go downhill to a bar and that they don’t help if she won’t book a room. No matter how good the hotel is, something so inhumane should be boycotted
