My boyfriend and I did the wine tour with Alexandro in Manarola. He told us all about the town and the history of CinqueTerre, brought us to his wine yard, explained everything about it and then we went to the cellar to see how he makes his wine. We had taste of wine with focaccia. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it.

My wife and I did the all day Cinque Terre Azure Sailing Tour. We had an amazing time! It was a large sailboat with bathroom aboard. The captain and first mate (if those are the correct terms) were very friendly and pointed out all of the towns and things to see while we sailed up from La Spezia and saw all 5 of the "Cinque Terre" villages. What a great way to see everything! We highly recommend this tour and found it a good value for money. Lunch and drinks (including wine and beer!) were included. We had a delicious lunch with all local specialties!

Read the fine print! I looked at the lovely photos online and was looking forward to our lovely 3 bedroom apartment with an ocean view.
The business actually manages several apartments, and the photos are nothing like the one we received.
It was high up the hill, with no ocean view, unattractive, mismatched furnishing, broken shutters, and ineffective air conditioning. (We received a lesson in how to use it, and followed the detailed instructions, but it did not appear to work.
The service was lovely, but at 230 Euro per night, and in the middle of winter, this is one of the least pleasant and most expensive places we have stayed. Disappointing compared to the many other beautiful experiences in Italy.
Thankfully we were only here for one night.

Super incompetent staff. We asked a week before our arrival if the trails were open and none of the staff seemed to know any details on the status of them being open. We arrived and the trails had been closed for 3 weeks prior. This information should have been easily accessible for the staff to figure out. They did not know the prices of the trains or any correct information on the parking. I would not trust any information that they provide as it's likely going to be incorrect.
