Hotel tres bien en hiver. Chambre petite car 15m2 et non 25m2 comme annoncé. Tres bon petit dejeuner.

Booked a room here under the impression that I would be given one of the rooms shown on their website. Instead , we walked half a mile up the hill to a building that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. We were given a supposed suite with a kitchenette and a loft bedroom. If I were looking for an air bnb, this place would have worked. But I was looking for a hotel room. The loft bedroom had a 2 foot wide steep staircase that led to a loft with ceilings that were 5 foot 8 inches tall. With 4 inch metal I beams that I hit my head on repeatedly. I am 6'3" and had to spend every minute bent over. When I complained the next morning, I was told they had no other rooms. They did offer to move us the last day of our stay, but at that point, why bother? I think it is a deceptive business practice to do a bait and switch by showing you nice hotel rooms only to walk you half a mile up hill to a building by itself with a short loft and air conditioning that couldn't even cool the bedroom. It was way too hot up in that loft. The shower in this room was so small that you don't even have room to change your mind, let alone trying to bend over to wash anything below your knees. It's literally a 2x2 foot cube. If you want to partake in the provided breakfast, you have to walk all the way down to the main building. When I complained about this room, I was told that it was a suite and an upgrade from the room I had booked. I'm pretty sure the room I booked had ceilings higher than 5 foot 8 inches. Never offered to take anything off the bill or anything else, just sorry. I would like to have rated the actual hotel, but we never saw it. We will never book here again. If you do, I would call to make sure they weren't giving you the bait and switch. The only reason I booked this hotel is because it was steps from the beach, but not if you put halfway up the mountain because they have no other rooms when you check in.

La Locanda è in una posizione ottimale sia per la vicinanza alla stazione, al centro storico, alle spiagge che al battello.
La colazione è a buffet molto ricco sia dolce che salata: marmellate home Made, cereali, brioches, torte, pane, focacce, affettati e formaggi, verdura e frutta.
Le camere sono eleganti e pulite (asciugamani vengono cambiati tutte le mattine). Il personale davvero gentilissimo e cordiale!
Consigliatissimo!
E anche noi torneremo!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and I'm more than happy to share my review! The hotel's location couldn't be better – just a few blocks away from the train stations and only one street away from the beach. It was so convenient to explore the city from here.
The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even better.
Cleanliness is essential to me, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. They did an exceptional job keeping everything spotless.
The room itself was delightful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring We had a restful sleep each night. Moreover, it was equipped with an air conditioner, a coffee maker, and a small fridge – a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort.
The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and looked like it had been recently renovated. Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly.
One of the highlights of the room was the lovely private patio with two cozy armchairs and a table. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the pleasant weather.
Breakfast: It was simply amazing! The spread was extensive, featuring a variety of local products of top quality. I particularly fell in love with the delicious focaccia – a delightful treat to start my mornings.
If I ever return to this city, I will undoubtedly book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Wunderschöne Zimmer super nettes personal. Vor Ort ein Super Preis erzielt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Gemütliches Bett inkl Gel Kissen. Duschen inkl Shampoo etc. Balkon.

Arrived at the hotel early so couldn't check in to our room yet, wanted to leave our luggages with receptionist so we can start browsing the villages. Luggage weren't tagged, nor stowed away, was told village is safe so not needed.
Hours later when we return to check in, we noticed our luggages left unattended with hotel front door widely opened to the road. Unattended as in there was no one at the receptionist desk, and anyone could just walk in and take our luggages. Not acceptable.

Room turned out to be "next door", walked for 10 minutes, up hills, plus 3 flights up the steps before arriving at the room. no help was offered.

There was no hotel phone to use to ask for help, had to use my personal phone to call the hotel for basic information that weren't provided from check in

Room ran out of hot water, had to shower in cold water.

Was not a pleasant experience, will not return.
