Really good vibes, very helpful staff and very helpful for bagpackers as they give loads of advice. However they do turn off AC at night so was kind of hard to fall asleep in the heat.

Hostel was clean and in a great area. Workers Vanessa, Lauren and Marta were extremely hospitable and very kind.

Absolutely loved it. Its the sister hostel of Victoria House hostel and so the rules are the exact same. The only difference is the building. The hostel is on a lower floor, has more bathrooms and bigger showers. The rooms are great. The staff are great and the atmosphere is great. Its actually quite pleasantly quiet hostel. Highly highly recommended. Plus one of the staff is into mountain biking and i wish i had a chance to meet him.
Only thing i would suggest is when exploring, if you turn right after coming out the hostel door and right again at the bottom of the street, its a seedy area, just avoid that one area after dark if you're a solo female traveller, for ur own safety.

Nice hostel in the heart of the old city and not far from Piazza Ferrari. Always friendly and helpful staff. Sufficient quantity of toilets and washing rooms. Good free Wifi. One minus point for the awful breakfast (mostly cookies and muesli, no bread, no cheese, no meat, no eggs).
