was verbally harassed and threatened by a staff member who chased me down the street because he thought i stole his charger. he forced me to come back into the hostel with him and i found it in literally two minutes. train your employees, i’ve been traveling for three months and have not once experienced this level of unprofessional behavior.

i was seriously scared that i would be beaten up or hurt for something i never did nor did i intend to do.

I had the best time in OStellin Hostel!! I immediately felt like home the second I arrived ???????? lovely accommodation with the best people! Especially Sara and Ana made my time in Genoa unforgettable!!! Thank you so much guys for this amazing week! I’ll come again.

Posto sporco. Il gestore mi ha discriminato per la mia età! Come se avessi fatto un favore mi ha accettato come cliente .Mentre sul loro sito non c'è nessun regolamento per la questione della età..Lui che ha 42 anni sembrava mio nonno .Questa gente deve andare zappare la terra .La notte la musica ad alto volume .Insomma di basso livello LUI E il suo Specie di ostello .
