Tucked away in a shady square on the hills of Genova is this unpretentious restaurant offering seasonal and local fare. The daily menu has dishes typical of the region and the atmosphere is relaxed and full of locals, which is always a good sign. The peach tiramisù was a highlight for me.

Mangio spesso ai tre merli con la mia famiglia da anni, l’ambiente è accogliente, il personale gentile e il cibo sempre squisito, non c’è niente di meglio che concludere la giornata mangiando delle acciughe fritte nel dehor dei tre merli
Piatti ottimi.
Un angolo di Genova da segnalare anche ai turisti.
