Merita le 5 Stelle dell'hotel Bristol

La mia esperienza in questo locale è stata di alto livello.
Il personale ti accoglie col sorriso sulle labbra ( cosa che vedo sempre meno).
Cortesia e disponibilità assicurata.
Il ristorante si trova al secondo piano dell'hotel Bristol, e per raggiungerlo consiglio di fare le scale per ammirare la bellissima gradinata.
Arrivato al piano,si entra nella pre-sala dove si viene accompagnati a consegnare i cappotti.
Dopodiché si entra nella sala molto pulita, ordinata ed elegante.
I piatti sono molto buoni e belli da vedere.
Non so cosa consigliare, in quanto tutto era squisito!!
Ci provo, forse la battuta, ma anche la faraona.
Per una cena di 3 persone, 1 antipasto, 1 primo , acqua vino e caffè a testa, abbiamo speso in totale 169 euro.
Ben spesi.
Lo consiglio per chi cerca eleganza, servizio, bontà e qualità.

My husband and I have traveled most regions in Italy because we enjoy Italian food and culture. This restaurant had the worst food we’d ever had in Italy unfortunately. It was our only choice on Christmas as most restaurants were closed. If you love Italian food do whatever you can to avoid this restaurant. The seafood despite it was during winter was not fresh and you can tell they used frozen ones (Genoa is a port city). I had one bite and had to stop eating as I did not want to get sick. I had stomach problems afterwards but not the worst food poisoning as I just had only one bite. Even though they took back the dish full of food they did not take that out of our bill which is pretty unfortunate service. Check out Zeffirino instead- they have the best Vongole ever.

Ci è stata disdetta una prenotazione fatta da mio marito con molto anticipo per festeggiare una ricorrenza senza darci alcuna spiegazione plausibile. Davvero una pessima figura!

Chef Boyardee makes a better meat sauce. Don’t waste your time and or money. I’m quite serious, you will not enjoy yourself at this restaurant. ZERO STARS!

Super accueil, dans ce très beau lieu. La serveuse (qui parle français) était très accueillante et souriante, aux petits soins. Service rapide et de qualité.

We had a fantastic dinner on the terrace. The staff was super nice and professional. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Many thanks for a beautiful night.

Mangiato bene , attesa giusta nei tempi di consumo,personale attento e la responsabile di sala Valentina super professionale e preparata e attenta al cliente.

Ambiente bello.. e comodo essendo all'interno dell'albergo..qualità del cibo buona..servizio ottimo.. purtroppo i piatti potevano essere curati meglio.. il brodo era tiepido e il carpaccio di carne non ero alle mie aspettative come sapore e come condimento.. sembrava un piatto diverso di quello ordinato.. peccato.

Eccezionale pranzo di Natale 2022. Portate ottime, servite in maniera impeccabile. Apprezzato l'eccellente pandoro servito in sala dallo chef. Complimenti al Direttore e a tutto il personale per la sempre più che positiva esperienza.

Sono andato ieri sera ed mi sono trovato da favola cibo eccellente Complimenti allo chef ci ritornerò sicuramente , raccomando molto i ravioli di gallinella ed il fritto misto

Une mention spéciale pour les spritz délicieux qui n’ont rien à voir avec les notres en France.

2 excellents dîners, une carte de qualité avec des produits de qualité et un service très agréable.

Food was 5 *star, service was 1 *star, and atmosphere 1 *star.
The food was very very good, however our experience got ruined by the service and the atmosphere. We were sat outside on the terrace, and we waited about 25 minutes after we sat down before they even brought us menus and asked us if we wanted to drink something. then again we further waited to put our order in, and throughout the night it continued to be a disaster. At one point we got our meal, which was a seafood dish, and I was looking for some lemons. And I kept on looking for the server to ask for lemons, but nobody was around or came by to ask us anything or how we like the food. Even ordering dessert, same thing, took forever for anybody to come and give us any attention. I was very irritated by it. Also when other people at nearby tables got their seafood dish, same as ours, they actually had lemons on their plate, and we did not. At the table beside us, they had the same meal as us, they also got the proper knife to use for the seafood and we did not, they also got their water poured for them, and we did not. Overall it was a terrible terrible disappointment, and even though the food is good. I would never go eat here again. I gave 1 star for the atmosphere, because it was a covered terrace, and there were 7 tables that were occupied and at one table somebody was smoking the whole time, making everybody at the other tables uncomfortable and all I could taste was the smell of the smoke. Somebody from another table, actually mentioned that to the server, but they didn’t really do anything about it.
