Ehhh signori qui siamo al top c'è tutto di superlativo a partire dal Panorama fino all'hotel dove praticamente si vive un'esperienza le camere sono in stile con l'hotel confortevoli e non manca nulla c'è la spa la piscina esterna bellissima se dovessi coniare un motto per l'hotel direi "fatti coccolare ,fatti accudire e goditi l'esperienza",almeno una volta nella vita vale provare questo 5stelle lusso

Hôtel magique avec un personnel plus que charmant ! Un acceuil vraiment très professionnel. L’histoire de l’hôtel et toujours présente et les lieux sont magnifiques avec un spa très très agréable . Séjour parfait je recommande . Seul bémol chambre pas bien insonorisé on entend les conversation des voisins .

Sehr feines Hotel, sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Spa, toller Salzwasser-Pool mit Restaurant und Bar, sehr schöne Lage, toller Blick und im obersten Stockwerk schöne kleine Terrassen, sehr gutes Frühstück und zuvorkommender Service!

PS: Leider nicht vertrauenswürdig, da nach eingehender Recherce in diesem Hotel meine Lederjacke samt Hausschlüssel auf dem Zimmer geblieben ist und anschließend (zu 99 Prozent vom Personal) gestohlen wurde. Das Hotel streitet alles ab. Eine solche Katastrophe habe ich in 30 Jahren und über 200 Hotels noch nie erlebt!!!

PS: Purtroppo devo correggere la mia valutazione perché qualcuno del personale evidentemente mi ha preso la giacca di pelle e la chiave di casa, che erano ancora nella stanza. Quando è stato chiesto, hanno detto che la giacca non c'era più. Ma deve essere successo qui, perché poi non ho indossato la giacca con le alte temperature estive (logicamente), altrimenti la mia macchina sarebbe stata scassinata, il che non è stato.

Sono davvero molto deluso perché non è la prima volta che sento alberghi negare queste cose. Gli hotel di questa categoria devono semplicemente avere dipendenti affidabili; cose del genere non dovrebbero farla franca.

Naturalmente da qualche parte c'è una dichiarazione contro una dichiarazione, e questo in definitiva significa che l'hotel accusa l'ospite di mentire. Ma: se così non fosse, quale ospite dell'hotel affermerebbe volontariamente che i suoi oggetti personali sono andati perduti in hotel? Dopotutto non si ottiene nulla, non si riceve nulla in cambio e non viene rimborsato nulla. In questo caso posso semplicemente escludere con certezza che sia avvenuto in altro modo.

An Italian palace… everything was perfect: spacious room, very well equipped (Nespresso, snacks, linen, spa bathrobes…), impeccable service, fabulous breakfast (salty, sweet) with a view of the sea and vegetation…

Abbiamo soggiornato al Royal hotel per un weekend di relax. Accoglienza, cortesia e servizio da 5 stelle lusso. La stanza che ci era stata assegnata, già con upgrade, essendo un po' rumorosa ci è stata immediatamente cambiata con un' ulteriore upgrade. Bellissima la struttura, curata in ogni angolo. Servizio oltre le aspettative. Spa di dimensioni non troppo grandi, ma curata e a livello della struttura. Colazione varia, di qualità e anche qui servizio eccellente. Per chi cerca una struttura di lusso con servizio di livello, consigliatissimo.

Esternamente colpisce molto per la sua maestosità

We stay in the summer of 2022 for 5 days. We had an old room that definitely needed a renovation as you can hear everything, specially when people walk and make noise upstairs. This is not acceptable for a 5 -star hotel. We wanted to have a nice dinner experience but we had the worst. We arrived at 8:00 pm and ordered a starter soup which took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to our table. This seemed like a frozen soup from a supermarket with no taste at all. By the time the soup arrived , they said we could not order the main dish as they were closing the kitchen. And the worst part was that we had 3 nights where we woke up with insect bite marks in our legs. Like some sort of bug. We complained about this but they said the rooms were cleaned and they didn’t know what was going on. Well, it seem that those were bed bugs because when we arrived home m, we had a terrible infestation that we had to treat for several months!! It is a shame that this legendary place lacks soul, kind hospitality and better management.

Tutti educatissimi e gentilissimi, però un po’ di confusione nella comunicazione, dopo che ci hanno dato le chiavi della camera non ci hanno detto a che piano andare

Sehr alt und abgenutzt, das gym ist ein Witz keine Geräte, nur ein Laufband. Keine to go Becher für Kaffee. Für 600€ die Nacht absolutes no Go. Wir reisen wieder ab.

Świetna lokalizacja. Piękny widok z balkonu, szczególnie o wschodzie słońca. Bardzo miła obsługa. Parking, także zadaszony. Najlepsze śniadania jakie miałam okazję jeść w hotelu. Cisza, spokój i śpiew ptaków. Ładny ogród z dwoma basenami.
