Peccato. Aspettative altissime. Locale sempre strapieno, pensavamo fosse sublime invece le tagliatelle ai porcini erano davvero insulse, neanche minimamente legate al condimento. Sembravano proprio buttate li’ per fare veloce. Senza la minima cura. Per il resto servizio molto simpatico e gentile. Un gran chiasso. Non credo torneremo.

Sehr uriges Kellerlokal mit teilweise ungewöhnlichen Speisenangeboten, z.B Tortellini mit Hirschragout - hat herrlich geschmeckt.
Roter Hauswein war auch sehr ok.
Alle jungen Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und versprühten gute Laune. Auch die Chefleute waren gesprächig, an meinem ungewöhnlichen Schnauzbart (Ähnlichkeit mit Kaiser Franz Joseph) interessiert und spendierten jeweils zum Abschied Grappa.
Wir waren nur fünf Abende zum Schifahren in Canazei, waren am ersten Abend dort und dann noch zwei Mal und haben u.a. Speck als Vorspeise und Gnocchi in Gorgonzolasauce mit Walnussstückchen gegessen und beide Speisen waren ein echter Genuss.
Preislich und qualitativ in Ordnung, nettes Ambiente im alten Zentrum des Ortes.
Wenn wir hoffentlich wieder zum Motorrad- oder Schifahren nach Canazei kommen werden wir ganz bestimmt auch wieder Gäste im Montanara sein!

Siamo stati a cena, servizio gentile e veloce. Abbiamo preso formaggi di malga molto buoni con ottime salse e cipolle in agrodolce buonissime. I piatti abbondanti, prezzo nella media.

- Super small (uncomfortable)
- Super bad services (even rude sometimes)
- They have 4 options in their menu, didn’t even have what to eat.
- Food is not great.

Basically they have enough customers and they don’t care anymore.

That was my personal experience.

Sono 20 anni che ci vengo,prima si fissa alla Montanara poi si cerca l'albergo.
Un ragù di cervo così mai mangiato in altri posti.

We had a reservation for dinner. The food was terrible tasteless it looks like it was pre-made we got our dishes faster than a drinks in a couple minutes.

I dont get the hype about this place. The food was pre-made since it was brought to our table within the first 3 minutes of ordering, the drinks came after 10 minutes.

I had a beef salad, but don't be mislead by the name - it's not a salad but rather a bunch of meat with beans and onions, zero greens there. Gnocchi was okayish but it should be a starter, not a second course since its mushy and the taste becomes boring soon

The restaurant is not bad but can't say that it worth to visit.
Waitress doesn't tell you that bread basket is not a compliment and you will have to pay for it later. The same with still water, that she brings even if you didn't ask. Water costs 3.50 and I believe it is not polite to mislead your guests... Food is good in general.
As a compliment, you will receive one small hard candy for 2 persons. Enjoy!
