Tolles Hotelzimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schade nur, dass der Wellnessbereich nur von 15 bis 21 Uhr geöffnet ist. Diese Zeiten sollten dringend geändert werden

Hotel in centro in Piazza Walter con un favoloso bar internazionale con una vasta gamma di giornali di tutto il mondo ,molto comodo per il parcheggio dove collega un tunnel sotterraneo che ti porta direttamente in hotel ; una favolosa spa con tutti i servizi in centro a Bolzano

I stayed at the hotel for one night but also repeatedly used the cafe and the restaurant. The room was a bit noisy unfortunately but the rest of the hotel was great. Particularly the staff at the breakfast who is very attentive and courteous. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff at the cafe was incredibly friendly, greeting me, chatting, offering their services and made me feel very welcome (the bar man Omar, the Spanish guy and the South Tyrolean guy with the glasses). Will come back on my next weekend trip. Grazie.

Abbiamo pranzato in due al ristorante dell’hotel. Bellissima esperienza e ottima proposta alla carta. Servizio impeccabile della sala e della direzione, sempre presente ma mai invadente . Grande professionalità ed attenzione nei confronti dell’ospite, il che non è sempre scontato.
Da consigliare assolutamente.

Newly updated! By far, they are superior to other highly rated hotels in the area and for a better price and location! Great view of the town square! Beautiful restraunt! Also, there is a large flat screen TV in the room.

Noch nie erlebt, dass in Italien für eine kleine aufgeschäumte Milch für ein Kleinkind 2 € verrechnet wird. WOW weiter so Hotel Cita!!!!!! Werde jedem abraten nur einen Fuß in euer unfreundliches Haus zusetzen. Geuzhälse!

The cappuccino was good and the perfect environment to work from my computer. The staff is attentive and friendly. It is understandable that they take a little time because they handle a lot of tables.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr zentralen Standort. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal.

Was mich ein wenig gestört hat war der Wellnesbereich. In der Ruhezohne ist es viel zu warm/heiß.. gerade nach einer Sauna hält man die wärme die dort herrscht nicht aus. Zumindest ist es nicht entspannend.

Hotel comodissimo in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite e molto spaziose con bagni più o meno grandi. Colazione con prodotti di buona qualità e personale molto gentile.
