After reading a lot of positive reviews it was an enormously huge disappointment to visit this place. The food was overall ok (well cooked meat, yet a bit dry schnitzel and even more dry pretzel), the settings were interesting, but the service was absolutely horrible. The rudest waitress and a waiter I’ve ever seen! I understand that there is no lack of clients in that place because it has been widely promoted (and in Google in particular), however it is totally inappropriate to speak with clients in a rude tone with arrogance and literally throw the plates on the table. It did ruin the whole experience. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Overpriced with terrible service and inappropriate attitude of the stuff.
