Wandering the streets in search of dinner, we stumbled upon two pâtisseries—a 50-50 chance of discovering either the perfect croissant and Pain au Chocolat… or a bitter disappointment.
Something about this place—an unexplainable instinct—made us give it a shot. And oh, was that the best decision ever! ????
We started cautiously, buying just one with tempered expectations… but the moment we opened the bag and took a bite, everything changed. An explosion of flavor! ???????? The richness, the perfect balance of textures—it was so unbelievable that we rushed back immediately to get two more! (The very last ones, might I add!) ????
And if that wasn’t enough proof of its greatness—even the next day, when we savored them again, they were still incredible! No regrets. No disappointment. Just pure joy.
And let’s talk about the real star: the Pain au Chocolat Praliné. ???????? A masterpiece. A revelation. Simply the best ever.
