This was my email to them, and also sent to booking.com neither replied!|Good morning.|My name is XXXXXXXX and I stayed in room 20 on Saturday 17th May.|I have to ask you for a refund please. Our room like the hole top floor was full of large flies. The bathroom sink did not empty, there was no soap provided in the showers, just a dispenser by the sink. There is nowhere to put anything to hand inside the shower, also the shower head can only be positioned at full height, so it’s always a full shower, no alternative.The carpet in the room is very poor and looks to have been there for many many years. The room was very cold with a radiator that is only Luke warm even on full blast, and no extra blankets etc are provided. The toilet paper dispenser is terrible, it’s a fight to get more than one piece of tissue out at a time, with a lock on it…..are you afraid of a toilet paper heist.|There was no opportunity to raise our concerns due to our early departure time.|I ask for a full refund or I will need to raise the issues with, booking.com and leave very negative reviews on both there website and tripadviser. We have just completed a four day journey from Spain to you, every other hotel was far better value, cleaner, and with far better facilities.||I look forward to receiving a refund.

Piepkleine kamer, heel smal bed. Enig pluspunt is dat het wel proper was. Slechts 1 klein lampje werkte. 's Morgens geen warm water, echt geen druppel... Al vanaf 9.00 smorgens wordt op kamerdeur geklopt... Dan opnieuw als we de auto zijn gaan halen om 10.00 komt er zelfs iemand de kamer al binnen, geen tijd om te antwoorden dat we er nog zijn. Ook was er veel lawaai, deuren slaan dicht en de trappen zijn lawaaierig. Het eten is misschien lekker maar als hotel niks waard. Parking met blauwe schijf en betalend ernaast met waarschuwing voor veiligheid... Er was korting via booking en de beoordeling hier was ok dus we namen de kamer maar dat was een vergissing...
