Ideal hotel for the ferry to and from Caen. The restaurant is very good and very popular so make sure you reserve a table!

Classic old hotel, small rooms but good service, friendly staff and good food. Within sight of the ferry, so, so convenient for arrival or departure. Will stay again.

*amended rating to 1 star because a disgusting child's shoe was found underneath our bed (see picture). How can this room have possibly been cleaned...looking at the carpet in closer detail - the floor is absolutely filthy and they have put a rug over it to cover it up. Unacceptable.
Dated hotel in need of serious renovations.
Great location for visitors needing to catch a ferry.
They charge €5 per bike should you need to store it at the hotel and require you to be present at 10pm to store it away you cannot store it anytime before) and you must remove it at 8am (they actually stipulated 7am Initially).
Bar closes at 9:30 pm.
You are not allowed to eat food or drink alcohol in your room.
Breakfast is a simple offering but the lady who runs it is sweet.
Upon check out you are unable to leave your luggage at the hotel if you need to depart later in the day.
The manager seemed curt and unfriendly.
Reasonable value for money but based on my experience over a 2 night stay I am unable to recommend this hotel.

Très bien placé pour visiter ouistreham personal accueillant et toujours prêt à renseigner si besoin. Juste dommage pour la vétusté des chambres sinon le reste est très bien
Serveuse dynamique et souriante, aux petits soins.
Toute l' équipe, très professionnelle, vous accordera prévenances et petits détails qui font toute la différence.
Bref, un service " à l' ancienne" dont devrait pouvoir se réjouir au moins une certaine génération, sensible aux valeurs traditionnelles.
Prix corrects dans cette agréable brasserie où les pintes de bière mesurent réellement 50 cl...
