Très beau magnifique

I had the worst valentine experience here !
In all honesty, Royal Senchi is just overhyped ! Only those who haven’t been to other luxury resorts like Aqua safari and the likes of it that can drop good reviews about this place. There’s absolutely nothing special or exceptional about this resort . On the Valentine dinner night, we paid for every single food and drink taken and there was nothing like a live band or ordinary soft music at the background to make one feel the celebration of love that night . It was as boring as hell ! We asked for music and was told it’s not allowed cos the rooms are close to the resturant . Nothing was fun there . Extremely boring ! The room is ok but aside that every other thing about this place isn’t giving what the name says ! They’re the most stingy hotel resort I’ve ever seen , stingy with drinks that are supposed to be in the room fridge , stingy with ordinary tea at the breakfast buffet . I literally had to beg for tea , they’re too strict and excessively stingy with things that can be gotten freely in other resorts of such amount . No good information to the guest by the receptionist , we missed our free breakfast on the first morning cos we weren’t properly informed about the time and how it’s served . When we came , they said we have to pay for it cos it has ended . Later gave us 50% discount but why would I have to pay for a breakfast that was supposed to be free when it wasn’t my fault that I wasn’t properly informed as a first guest in the hotel . They’re so careless about their guests , no attention whatsoever like asking if you’re ok , if u need anything else like other hotel resorts do . We wanted to get Something at the town and asked for a car/taxi and they couldn’t get for us , we had to trek to the town . Extremely poor service !!! Don’t care about their guests ! We were told that the accommodation comes with bolt cruise , when we got there , they said we have to pay cos were are not up to 4 people . My man had to pay another 240ghc for us to have a bolt cruise that was promised to be included in the room payment .we asked of ordinary fresh coconut , we were told to pay the person who will climb to get it and we didn’t take it again . Nothing is free there . . I’ll rate Royal Senchi as the worst resort I ever visited both the cheap and expensive ones . It doesn’t just worth it !!! I’ve visited Aqua safari severally and can still visit 100 times more and won’t get tired cos it’s where u can actually get the royal treatment ! I was so excited when I got here first thinking I would have a royal and enjoyable experience but it was a total disappointment!

Un magnifique hôtel, le personnel de la réception n'est vraiment pas aimable

Had their breakfast buffet which had quite a variety. Great stop on our way to Ho to fill our belly. The environment is very serene, quiet and clean.

I will surely lodge again and again at Royal Senchi Resort, but the rooms need a little upgrade.
