Good hotel to visit the Normandy WW2 beaches area.

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits dans cet hôtel où celui ci est propre, calme avec un parking fermé et gardé, seul bémol ce sont les veilleuses qui sont à notre tête ainsi que la télévision qui se trouve à côté de la fenêtre au lieu d'être en face du lit, petit déjeuner varié

Excellent customer service. I told the lady who checked us in that my husband was not feeling well when we arrived at the hotel . She gave me the location and phone numbers of nearby hospitals just in case he got worse. A few hours later I took him to emergency at Bayeux Center hospital. Luckily it was nothing serious. We got back to the hotel within a few hours. Next day he was fine. The lady at the front desk made it less traumatic for me because she provided the nearest hospital information so I knew exactly where to take my husband . I am very appreciative of her concerns considering that we just arrived at the hotel. I was so focused on my husband’s condition that I forgot to ask her name. It was May 26th, 2025 between 3:00pm-4:00pm when we checked in . Hopefully you can convey our heartfelt thanks for her assistance and outstanding customer support.
