From USA traveler: very expensive for no amenities such as Pool, hot tub, sauna. Workers are nice, but the last night was ruined by a party directly below our room, the hotel did absolutely nothing about it…it finally ended around 11p, but I had a 6a flight to catch and didn’t want to listen to 2011 hits by Kesha and Usher… like I said, they did NOTHING despite going to the desk..twice. Additionally, they FINALLY decreased final night to 50%, they also charged us for food we never ordered and had to ask twice for them to remove it. For ZERO amenities and unwilling staff… I do NOT recommend.
I booked through AMEX which usually means you get $100 credit, but this time noted us booked through Expedia. This seems to be an Amex issue aside from the above problems.
