Sehr stylisches und tolles Hotel- super ist die Lage in den Docklands und die Nähe zum River Liffey.
Das Personal und insbesondere der Concierge sind wunderbar und sehr freundlich.
Einziges Manko- die Rooftop Bar wird renoviert und ist geschlossen- rauf durften wir dennoch.

Few cons, one pro. Upon arriving in the morning, our party of 4 (2 rooms/4 bags for each room) decided to check in to the hotel and leave our bags with the bellhop & venture the city. When we came back at 3pm, we were given keys & went to our rooms. The first room had all incorrect luggage bags & the second room had two correct bags but no other luggage. We immediately went down to the front desk & had them correct the problem. They had put 6 of our bags into the wrong rooms. They didn't seem phased or offer any compensation but found our luggage within 10 minutes. Second con, the shower drain never fully drained while showering so you were constantly in a puddle & it would leak out onto the floor. Third con, the location. It's about a 20-25 minute walk into the central area & main attractions of the city. Not too many restaurant options close by. The pro, the breakfast off the menu was delicious! We looked forward to that every morning but due to this hotel being 5 stars, we will not be back nor recommend.

I stayed in this hotel about a year ago and enjoyed it. However, on this occasion I was not impressed to say the least. The mattress is full of dips and was very uncomfortable, needs replaced. The room was very dusty (which is unacceptable in any hotel never mind a 5*) and the bathroom tiles and back of the door have not been cleaned for a long time. The carpet looks like it hasn't been hoovered for weeks or months. The carpets in the corridor could also do with being shampooed.
The air con is terrible in the room, it takes a long time to bring the temperature down to 20 degrees.
There was only one lift working to service all the floors, this led to long waiting times and very full lifts.
The receptionist thought it was a good idea to put us in a room with an adjoining door to a family room with 2 young children. 7am every morning we woken out of our sleep by 2 screaming and crying kids. Terrible to say the least.

On a good note, the food is very good and the staff are very friendly and professional. The location is also good.
My overall experience is that I will not stay here again. There are much better hotels to stay in Dublin such as the Intercontinental and the Fitzwilliam.

Great hotel.
highlights: coffee machine, indoor pool, jacuzzi, comfortable bed, bath, multiple USB and type C chargers in the room.
Nice location 20 min walking from the centre and just near the theatre.
