From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Joe Ballance and Luiza Lucchesi, greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their personalized attention truly made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you also for the exceptional service from Stefano and the entire Zampas team. The StarService was impeccable, addressing all our needs with professionalism and kindness. And as for Zampas restaurant? The meals were divine, with each dish bursting with flavor.
