Absolutely dreadful check-in. Requested an early check-in, and we were told the room would be available in thirty minutes. Two hours later, we were still waiting. Totally understood if the room was not available, would have gone into town. We were told we would have to pay a fee for an early check-in. I had no problem with that. We finally left and headed into town and I got a phone call to say the room was ready (around 2pm) and they would wave the early check in fee !. We had to make our way down a corridoor past boxes of televisions. I had asked numerous times if any other room was available other than the suite we had reserved, and nobody answered me. Nobody seems to be managing the place. When we pulled up outside with our suitcases, We were told by I assume the valet person that we would have to park down in the car park. He watched as we carried our suitcases up the steps and into the hotel.

Myself and my sister had a lovely spa day at the hotel it was gorgeous we got a lovely welcome by Helen and the staff I would 100% be coming back

The Jameson bar is lovely. Very cosy lobby. Spacious rooms. Very pleasant staff. Lovely food.
