Room was very Dirty! We opted for the HiFi room which was €237. It was dirty, the furniture was destroyed and everything was not how it should feel for the price point! To go to the pool you had to book ahead and reserve your slot with reception ????????♂️ Check in and out was okay and can't say anything bad about staff! I will just leave our photos of our room do the talking, I love paying to stay in a room with cobwebs, scratched out worktops, damaged furniture, swelling bathroom door, Radiator with missing caps and loads of hair and dirt ???? This is exactly why I will not be staying with this group again.

Excellent 2 night midweek stay. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, great pool and gym facilities.
Had a slight issue regarding the room on the first night, excellently dealt with by reception the following morning.
Special mention to Dave and Katie, excellent customer service!!

The location and room is good but very poor services. No Drinking water delivered in time, No slippers, no toothpaste. Broken wash basin.

The Reception Staff were extremely friendly and also inviting to their great hotel, they have a great variety of merchandise right behind the counter and reasonably priced, I've bought 2 items and I have no complaints about them as they are made with good quality and nice to wear too. The Staff have warned us about the night clubs around and as they can be opened till after midnight and if we have any issues with that we can get right to them, ear plugs are supplied in your room and if not you can simply ask the receptionist for a pair. We stayed on the second floor and on entry to our room, we are welcomed with warm and cozy feeling, it was fabulous, super clean and tidy, well spaced out between furniture, modern and rustic feel to the room which I loved and definitely got inspiration from it. Absolutely recommend to friends, couples or family. Will be coming back soon????????.
Der größte negativ Punkt ist ist der, dass direkt neben dem Hotel ein Nachtclub liegt. Zwischen 23:00 und 03:00 Uhr ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Da helfen auch die bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel wenig.
