Irish breakfast was very good & great value

Food was very good quality and great price and portion size. The waitresses were very friendly and efficient except for the main guy behind the counter. It's not a very big cafe but it seemed unnecessarily chaotic and there wasn't really any system. He seemed to just shout orders at the waitress and say snarky remarks. She still kept her cool and continued to do her job. My girlfriend and I spent the time just listening to his carry on. "Lena are you free?" "No I'm not free" "Make yourself free" and then he micromanaged her making toast of all things and was very frustrated and said "I don't know what she's doing" under his breath. This is just two examples. He seemed like an angry man. I've worked in the service industry and this carry on is so unnecessary. He needs to change his attitude. The waitress still carried on with a smile and was pleasant.
