Exceptional. There’s honestly nothing to say other than if you’ve been considering trying Chapter One, definitely go for it. Highly professional, skilled, and creative. The ambience is also spot on. Couldn’t fault it! ????

Booked a last minute reservation here not knowing what to expect. Turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants ever. The service was amazing. All the dishes were excellent and full of flavor. I don't remember a dish I didn't like.
The manager also gave us a kitchen tour without us even asking. This restaurant is a 2 star Michelin but really deserves to be 3 stars. It's on par with other restaurants like per se, eleven Madison Park, French Laundry etc.
Reservations for two people are hard to get, but if you check the day before, they usually open up spots.

An amazing lunch at Chapter One! Delicious food and flawless service in beautiful surroundings. As you can see from the photos the food is of an incredibly high standard. Every single mouthful is delicious. The service is exceptional while keeping the atmosphere relaxed. A total treat!
