Visited with group of 6. Gentleman who served us was excellent - his merry laugh very recognisable. Starters were the best part of the food - fish platter and oysters were excellent. Lamb stew was ok, very filling. Lamb boxty was good also. Corned beef boxty was disappointing. Beer taster was nice

진찌 최악의 레스토랑입니다. 맥주 맛이 궁금해서 테스팅 하는데 많이 먹는다고 눈치 주고 맥주만 먹고 싶은데 모든 아일랜드 식당이 무조건 음식을 시켜야한다고 해서 감자 튀김을 시켰는데 그냥 튀김반죽으로만 된거였고 감자는 안보였어요 정말 다시는 가고싶지않아요

Nous avons été très mal reçu dans ce restaurant. La serveuse a été désagréable avec nous car nous parlions mal anglais. Les prix sont très élevés et les plats vraiment pas terribles. À fuir !!!!

Stopped in for an early dinner on a weeknight “soft day” as our server Mike called it. We arrived fairly damp from the all day rain but our spirits were lifted! We settled in for a tasty treat. Mike suggested the boxty fries to start with to “pick on “ and we were amazed on how good these were. The lamb boxty was nicely spiced with a generous portion. The lamb stew was loaded with lamb and veggies in a savory sauce. The house brew red ale was good, yet with a bit more bite than I prefer, yet solid. Good selection of Irish whisky which we were welcome to “murder on our own” with ice LOL ! Overall a very notable meal, made better being looked after by the gregarious Mike. Stop in - you won’t be sorry!!

What a delicious full Irish breakfast. I was expecting a bit more flavor from the boxty, or Irish potato pancake, but when eaten with everything else, it did the trick. The sausage was unbelievably good and the cherry tomatoes were actually my favorite part. Wonderful service. I was full for the whole day!

Gotta get a Boxty lunch! Beef medallions on a bed of Two pancakes with Mushrooms and sauce, covered in deep fried onions. Delicious! A bit pricey, but the beef was high quality and ~8 oz.

Sadly didn't live up to the hype - Understand the Temple Bar tax, but felt overpriced. Strong dislike for the tipping pressure at the end of the meal too, this isn't Manhattan.

Food was nice, the boxty platter was a novel introduction to boxty in general, but felt a little far from its €26 asking price.

A minor issue, but the "whiskeyless sour" is far too close in name to the "whiskey sour", thus we were misheard as wanting the latter. While it was an unexpected and pleasant tipple, it still not far off doubled the price of the drink.

Seguramente sea de lo mejor de Temple Bar para comer. Los boxtis están muy buenos y el camarero un crack. Eso sí, un poco caro para la comida que es.

5 Stars for food quality, but was a bit surprised at the small portions on the Gallagher's board for the price. Can't complain though, and the wait staff was exceptionally friendly and kind.

Excelente lugar y en Dublín para probar sus famosos Boxties.

El lugar tiene muy buen ambiente y está siempre lleno.

La comida tradicional está rica, pero los precios quizás son algo elevados (como en toda la zona central de Dublín)

El personal es tan amable, que en ocasiones "agobia" un poco.

No obstante, recomiendo probarlo

Food was comforting! The overall dining experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a pleasant ambiance. Debbie, our attentive and friendly wait staff, added a personal touch to the service. The food itself was comforting, satisfying both the palate and the soul. A truly enjoyable dining experience.

Un locale storico di cucina tipica Irlandese, negli anni ha variato il menù ma è rimasta la stessa atmosfera! Ho trovato diverse opzioni gluten free dalla birra, ai piatti, fino al dolce!! Il proprietario simpatico e disponibile, il prezzo un po' caro per qualità-prezzo ma si paga il posto, siamo nel quartiere di Temple bar.

An 'must visit' when in Dublin. Friendly restaurant with a brilliant menu which showcase the Boxty at its best. Highly recommended.
