Decepcionante. Servicio un tanto lento y las camareras hablando todo el rato entre ellas lo que nos ha parecido poco profesional. Además hemos oído bastantes voces desde la cocina.

Hemos pedido zanahorias de guarnición y se les han olvidado, y después las han sacado casi crudas. El resto de la comida sin más, la tarta de chocolate de postre estaba buena pero la ración minúscula por 10.95€, y el plato estaba sucio, con marcas de grasa. Algo inaceptable en un local de este tipo.

No merece la pena pagar 21€ por un fish and chips que puedes comerte por 8€ en el Leo Burdock porque el servicio que dan no vale la diferencia...

Bad customer service at the butcher counter, yet again, one of the employees picking his teeth with his fingers then approaching the counter to serve a customer.
Upon asking if they are still serving as we were ignored for about three minutes standing in front of the counter the answer was a loud "WHAT"?!?
After some eyerolling one of the butchers decides to serve us ... we ask for a 120g cut of the Wagyu (which is the weight their pre-cut steaks usually were, good enough for a quick blow torch sear) more eyerolling and a cheeky answer: "That is gonna be very thin, are you sure about that?"
For a butcher shop where not a single steak bought so far (we had bought wagyu cuts that had more than half centimeter difference between sides) was properly cut this is very interesting behaviour.
This was after a series of bad experiences in the past, and still I went back as I don't feel like driving to Sutton every time I want to have a somewhat decent steak.

Other than that, the rest of the shop doesn't fare much better, truffles are kept exposed to light and the ones we were stupid enough to buy were not edible anymore, olive oil and aceto selection is really poor quality at really high prices. Same with most other products.

Shame, and better to avoid as currently there is much better products to be found in smaller shops around town.

One redeeming quality is the bakery which is solid, nothing extraordinary but still better than shops like Dunnes and the like. Some of the fresh produce is also decent.

The food was ok, but the manager is terrible. Terrible. I’ve never seen something like that. I went there to eat a good food, not to put up the manager’s ego. It screwed up my experience, the atmosphere, everything. I will never come again. Never. This guy is a joke.

Fancy atmosphere & scene. Staff are extra friendly… food and cocktails were nice, we had the cheese board and cocktails. We were told we had to leave within 20 minutes however within 1 hour of taking our seats.. despite our reservation, as another reservation was coming, so we didn’t get to order dessert. Probably wouldn’t return, but it was an okay experience!

Recently attended a leadership conference at Fallon and Byrne and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the charming ballroom on the top floor to the inviting dining area in the middle and the enticing wine cellar and shopping area on the ground floor, every aspect was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. While I can't comment on the cost as it was covered by the conference organizers, I'm definitely planning to return with friends.

We've been to Fallon & Byrne a few times recently and we are always very disappointed. This last time was definitely the last ! The staff forgot to prepare our order and there was no other costumer waiting. How is this even possible?? Clearly unhappy staff, no thanks or goodbye or even sorry about the order mistake. Very bad !

Lovely food always at Fallon & Byrne. It was quiet in the restaurant during lunchtime so its a plus for me where its always busy everywhere. The food is of very good standard too.

Great atmosphere, nice ambience and tasty food. They looked to be lacking staff but they did their best to cope. The menu is nothing out of the ordinary but it's good quality and tasty. Good selection of beer and wine.

The ambience was great but that's about it. They took too long to deliver the food, I had to wait an extra 10 mins because the waitress forgot half my meal, they didn't want to give us a dessert menu and they wanted to kick us off our table in exactly 2 hours. If the orders were taken promptly and delivered properly the 2 hour window would have been just fine. Dinner was mediocre so coupled with the terrible service, we will not be returning any time soon. Really disappointing because I was excited for the experience - they need to do a lot better!

Everything about this establishment was exquisite. Lovely, vibrant atmosphere with the most attentive and loving staff. The seafood starter and the green olives were to die for, they were that delicious. Even my non olive loving friends loved them and we ended up ordering two bowls for our table. Wine on a slightly expensive side but you get some really good wines there. They also have vegan wine which the waiter was not able to explain what it means ????. Would definitely visit again ????
