Great hosts and amazing food. The setting is so idyllic and this castle is full of Norman history. Highly recommend!!

A small piece of paradise if you love tent life. The pitches are spacious with great views. The bathrooms are clean and there's a nice pool next to the castle to cool down. There are some rooms in a side building and a field for kids to play. It's a great base for visiting many D-Day related places of interest

The hosts Perrine and Thibault are very warm people and always try to make sure their guests have a good time. They are responsive via phone, WhatsApp and email and speak English very well.

We will certainly come back here one day.

Some notes: there are no spaces for camper vans or caravans, only for tents and trailer tents. Electricity is available in the common buildings, but not on the pitches.

We had a lovely time staying on the camping of Thibault and Perrine. We really appreciated the warm welcome, the small talks during our stay, the swimming pool, the choosing of our own camping spot, the well organised extra services (fridges/bread services/small store etc.), the dinner night with the long table setting, all the guests, the conversations and the tasteful dinner. Definately a place to come back to!

Bezocht buiten het drukke seizoen, begin september en dan is het een uniek plekje. Voornamelijk voor de rust. Plaatsen zijn ruim en sanitair is basic maar voldoet zeker. Ondanks er geen electriciteit is aan de plaatsen kan je toch alles opladen in het gebouw en kan je gebruik maken van ijskasten en vriezer. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor grote delen van normandie te bezoeken.

Idyllische camping op een rustige locatie waar toch veel te doen is in de omgeving. Veel faciliteiten aanwezig en zeer vriendelijke hosts! Zeker een plek waar we nog eens terug willen komen en die we aanraden. (De auto mag niet tot de tent, maar dat maakt het net heel aangenaam en er zijn praktische karretjes voorzien voor je materiaal.)
