Very nice place in a very good and quiet neighborhood. I felt very welcome and staying there for few nights added some authenticity to Cotonou experience.
There are not many restaurants and options to go out in walking distance but no worries as the burger is excellent and, with a bit of luck, in one of the evenings I got also a very good entrecôte. The cafe gourmet is surely something to try!

We really enjoyed staying here as the host Terrance is friendly and the staff is very friendly and helpful too. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy but that’s perfect for us. Price-quality-location balance is very good. Good food and the location is easy to access.

Chez Rita on est comme chez soi: un cadre agréable et calme, bien situé, proche de l'aéroport, et surtout un restaurant excellent, un personnel pro et aux petits soins. Grand merci a Terence pour son accueil et disponibilité à rendre service.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour votre passage à Cotonou.
