Visited Plataran, Komodo in April 2024. The property is beautiful , we stayed at the Hanging Pool residence and definitely recommend to stay here. The room is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the ocean. Loved the interiors of the room and the detailing / artefacts / paintings throughout the room. They have 2 restaurants and food at both was excellent. Definitely recommend dining at the Atlantis on the Rock restaurant at night. We had very early morning starts on some days and the staff were kind enough to provide us breakfast earlier than the scheduled time. The back and shoulder massage during check in is an amazing touch!! Our butler Febro was so sweet and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. All the staff at the property are really sweet and make an extra effort to get to know you and ensure you have everything you need during your stay. We also did 2 excursions with Plataran , definitely recommend doing their day tour on the private boat to visit Komodo island, Padar beach and Manta point. We also did the pool and limestone cave exploration which was really beautiful. Our guides Charles and Erras were both very sweet and we had an amazing experience with both. Overall an amazing stay and will most definitely visit again.

Datang jemput tamu check-out, setibanya di lobby di samperin dengan baik dan di tawarin minum pula. Suasana area lobby adem, mirip Ubud sedikit, suhu dan musiknya bikin betah.

Pegawainya ramah-ramah. :)

We chose this resort because we have stayed in other Plataran resorts before and are always satisfied. True, we made a good decision again.

The room was comfortable with enough facilities and amenities.

The service was personal. They went the extra mile to fulfill our requests.

We also had a private boat trip. How they briefed us before the trip, the departure, the service during the trip until our arrival back was great. They took care about our needs and everything.

Overall, the service was as we expected from Plataran. There were only minor things that need to be improved, soon hopefully.

We'd like to thank Pak John and all Plataran Komodo team.
