Service accueillant et très disponible. un cadre idéal.

Check-in was good, but once in the hotel, a terrible mess. We had kitchen staff at breakfast that was always angry, they spoke no English and for an international hotel and the standard of the hotel, that is bad and unacceptable. Rooms were kept super clean and house keeping was always helpful which is why I am giving the score of 5 - a special shout out to Mariatou, and the lady at the reception who helped me get an Uber to the office. The food was really bad at breakfast, and first day my colleague was served a spoiled fish. Hotel can do better on breakfast variety

Seulement que le petit déjeuné est trop monotone.
Nous ferons un suivi avec les équipes de la restauration afin d’élever le niveau qualitatif.
