COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT WTC

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip and was extremely satisfied with everything. Location is great, has access to restaurants, plenty of coffee shops and a connecting mall as well. Breakfast buffet was great had many options to choose from, although dinner buffet was pretty simple and standard. Rooms are clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Room service is quick, staff are accommodating and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay in my next trip to Abu Dhabi!

Worse call center ever

The breakfast buffet was way better than you may expect.

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Having booked two connecting rooms to comfortably accommodate my family, we were given two separate rooms on the 11th floor. This arrangement was far from what we had planned for our family stay.

The inconvenience didn’t stop there. Our night was severely disrupted by blaring music coming from the hotel’s terrace, making it impossible for me and my family to get a decent rest. Faced with this situation, we expressed our dissatisfaction at the reception, hoping to find a solution or at least some form of compensation for the discomfort suffered. Unfortunately, the response was far from satisfactory. We were merely offered apologies without any gesture of goodwill to mitigate our disappointment.

It’s important to highlight that I chose this hotel specifically for its promises of comfort and customer satisfaction. This experience not only spoiled our stay but also marked our first and last visit to this establishment. The lack of consideration for guest well-being and the absence of a responsive approach to complaints are unacceptable aspects for a hotel of this standing.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Marriott Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. It’s regrettable that an establishment of such stature fails to meet the basic expectations of its guests.
