Horrible reception team (Ahmed & Berna). Charged us 180 AED extra and their reception didnt provide a proper explanation. Very very overpriced

We booked because of the location which was a good choice. The connection to the WTC mall is an advantage and all sights are basically easy to reach by Taxi. On the other hand this hotel lacks basic amenities. The lobby is very small, basically not existing. Breakfast gets boring after 2-3 days. Pool is small and our TV wasn't working...we not watch TV anyway that much. Bed is quite soft. Shaving kits and toothbrush available but you have to ask for it every day again. Internet connection is bad. Minibar empty and in room dining menu only via QR code.

I have stayed there for a month last Feb and I have enjoyed my stay. The location of the Hotel is amazing everything is near to you except Yas Attractions and I believe they are providing a bus. I loved the staff starting from recreation Ahmed he is very smiley Cris and Johanna am calling them the twins both are amazing cute and very great example for being frontline to customers. In the restaurant lovely Breeta and the Amazing Benson those people are soo kind and I loved the breakfast because if them and the Chef Ghassan as well. I would like also to Thank Adeel and Romeo and Adnan. See you in the coming stay in Shaa Allah but please reserve room 919 for me ☺️

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel and it was satisfying as I get nice room with garden view and the staff were very friendly

Location is perfect with mall entrance and the hotel restaurant was amazing

Special thanks to Ahmed from the fornt desk for his help and making my stay very comfortable
