Nous avions opté pour un bassin profond qui était largement suffisant pour nous permettre de nous rafraîchir rapidement. |Il y a un réfrigérateur dans la chambre avec de l’eau gratuite qui est réapprovisionnée quotidiennement. Également un mini-bar contenant des boissons non alcoolisées, de la bière et du vin à payer sur place. Le petit-déjeuner est à la carte dans un menu correct et nous avons tous les deux vraiment apprécié la nourriture. Nous avons essayé beaucoup de plats différents. Nos préférés étaient les œufs Bénédicte et l'avocat écrasé avec des œufs pochés. |Le personnel de l'hôtel était exceptionnel. Tout le monde vous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et était si poli et serviable que c'était un plaisir d'être avec eux. |Certainement un endroit où nous reviendrions. We stayed for 10 nights at The Kayana and had a brilliant time. |The complex is set back off the main road but once inside you enter tranquil well maintained grounds that shield you from any traffic noise and the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants of Seminyak which are on your doorstep. |We arrived to find our villa wasn’t quite ready so were directed to the restaurant for afternoon tea while we waited. After a short wait we were collected and it was worth the wait. Our villa was exceptional. Beautifully laid out with a large bathroom with waterfall shower and a big comfy bed. We had opted a plunge pool which was more than sufficient to allow us a quick cool off. |There’s a fridge in the room with complimentary water which is replenished daily. Also a mini bar containing soft drinks, beer and wine which is payable locally.|Breakfast is a la carte from a decent menu and we both really enjoyed the food. We tried lots of the different dishes. Our favourites were the Eggs Benedict and the Smashed Avocado with poached eggs. |The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Every one greeted you with a big smile and were so polite and helpful it was a pleasure to be around them. |Definitely a place we would come back to. A great location, close to the beach and Seminyak Square, Beautiful accommodation and fantastic staff. Thanks Kayana.

Très bel hôtel ! Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux ! Ils font tout pour vous être agréable. Nous étions en villa deluxe avec petite piscine. Tout était parfait. Nous étions à l’écart de la route principale. Un vrai petit coin de verdure en plein centre ville. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très propres et très confortables. La taille est bien plus grande que ce que proposent les photos et la piscine privée est magistrale. What an amazing location located in the heart of Seminyak. Literally a 2min walk from everything you want to see in Seminyak Bali. The staff was very inviting and professional. The food at the on-site restaurant was great and the staff even better. Beautiful grounds, clean and lush with vegetation. A 5 Star Spa which provides exceptional service and Amazing packages and a very reasonable price. The grounds are emasculate and Again I can't say enough about the fantastic staff. Thanks to Augus and the morning staff providing exceptional healthy breakfast daily and the butler and concierge staff on hand all day. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The size is way bigger than the photos provide and the private pool is masterful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bali. I would certainly stay here again in the future.
