Lovely property but probably the most disappointing service experience we’ve had. I stay in Accor hotels 60+ nights a year and this was the worst. Super disappointed. Bags lost, had to carry up at check in and down at check out. Doctor called for my partners accident on premises and ZERO incident report or check up from management. With such good options in Marrakech I’d recommend to look elsewhere.

After a long day my kids wanted a pizza and movie night in the suite I am paying a lot of money for. I went to collect some pizza for them and was not allowed to bring it into the hotel, so had to dump it in the street. Really poor

Sofitel it’s an amazing venue that if you visit Marrakech, you should see.

The issue is the abusive, illegal and aggressive parking attendants just outside the hotel on the main road next to the fountain.

When you arrive there is no sign, no payment required, there is no one around. If you want to leave driving your car away a gentleman will come from nowhere and he would literally stand in front of the car and they force you to pay punching the car. Unbelievable/ Crazy/ Unacceptable/ Out of mind. I had some cash money thankfully and we managed to escape. Be careful or call the Police immediately, the issue is that the Police doesn’t really speak English!

Had such a great experience with my family members in restaurant orangerie!
We enjoyed the atmosphere and the mouthwatering dishes.
The staff were so kind and friendly , they literally made us feel home. a special thanks for Kabir , tarek, hicham , ahmad , amine , soufiane , imad , redouane and anas being there for us and serving us whenever needed.
The beautiful jouhaina welcomed us with a genuine smile and fixed us an amazing spot.
And last and not least we truly appreciate the hardwork manager souhaila and ben ali have done in making everything look so perfect.

Nous sommes arrivés ce matin à 10h, il est maintenant 12h37 et nous n avons toujours pas eu nos chambres car le tour operator et l hôtel ne se sont apparemment pas « accordés «  ceci à notre détriment
Nous sommes laissés pour compte dans le hall de l hôtel, tout ce que l on nous propose n est que suppléments, ce n est vraiment plus le Sofitel accueillant que nous avions connu

En week-end de 4 jours à Marrakech, nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique hôtel. Une expérience exceptionnelle!
Tant le cadre et le confort que le personnel de cet hôtel nous ont transportés.
L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel sont exceptionnels.
Une mention spéciale pour Fatima la serveuse qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous.
Ce n’est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel et je constate que la qualité du service est toujours la même.
Je reviendrai très volontiers.

Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel, le lieu est divin et la qualité de la nourriture est fantastique. Les suites sont spacieuses et propres. Depuis l’hôtel nous sommes à 15/20 minutes à pieds du Souk (une jolie balade). Les jardins sont très beaux et agréables, totalement dépaysants. Mention spéciale à la serveuse Fatima qui a su s’occuper de nous à merveille et nous a fait nous sentir chez nous !

Hôtel en travaux
une vrais catastrophe, ils m’ont gâchées mon voyage pour mon anniversaire, hôtel à moitié ouvert et en travaux marteaux piqueurs et bruits de marteau nous avons pas été prévenu de travaux alors que j’ai appelé plusieurs fois l’hôtel pour la réservation.Pas de geste commercial on devait me faire un gâteau anniversaire j’attend encore Nous étions du 15/10/2020 au 18/10/2020

Un peu surfait
Pour aller à Marrakech, à Agadir et à Essaouira au moins une fois l’an ( et toujours au Sofitel), je crois pouvoir dire que celui de Marrakech vit sur sa réputation et son emplacement dans le quartier central de l’Hivernage...Accueil pas toujours efficace, service approximatif et chambres à l’avenant...souvent en travaux d’où bruits de marteau-piqueur, d’ouvriers qui s’invectivent et j’en passe...Préférer l’aile moderne a l’aile Classico-orientale...Mais l’offre hôtelière étant superlative à Marrakech, préférer surtout un autre hôtel !

Oui ça semble un peu cher, mais on est ici dans ce qui se fait de mieux dans cette catégories d'hôtels
Chambre spacieuse et particulièrement tranquille

Et le dîner le soir sur la terrasse est à recommander

Hôtel magnifique les chambres sont spacieuses propres et calmes, le personnel est au petit soin, je me suis régalé avec les crêpes aux milles trous au petit déjeuner dommage que la nuit soit si cher.
