The shower was not super comfy and the bed had separate mattresses, but for the rest all great

Bellissimo riad situato nel cuore della Medina, a soli 10 minuti dalla Plaza de Yamaa el Fna. Il personale è estremamente gentile, come tutti i marocchini che abbiamo incontrato, e la colazione è tipica e abbondante, servita al tavolo. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, in uno stile tipico. È una scelta sicura se state cercando un riad per un'esperienza autentica.

Sono stato in vacanza recentemente. Ottima posizione, personale serio e accogliente. Ringrazio ancora Lahcen, uno dei ragazzi dello staff, che è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile in ogni momento e per ogni esigenza. Mi dispiace solo non aver trovato una camera così come descritta nella prenotazione e, cioè piccola, e il bagno era sprovvisto di vasca a differenza di quanto indicato.

I've booked with them and then they told me on the day that there was not the room available anymore. So they tried to cancel my reservation saying my card data were not correct, which wasn't true.

At least they had the décence of not letting me go there and arrive without a room, just because they tried an unorthodox solution, trying to say my data card were not correct. They did it at midnight when I was sleeping and so in the morning, so I uploaded my credit card data again lol and then they called me on WhatsApp (if you don't update your data they'll cancel your reservation automatically within a certain amount of time so win for them).

More or less a nice story, they have been sort of kind though.

Très joli Riad , personnel très accueillant au petit soin avec nous nous .
Je le recommande sans hésiter 1 sec .
