I’m very disappointed; we planned for a lovely breakfast (Ftour) out with my Family we decided to go here as we regularly like the atmosphere, and enjoyed the food.
Our planning didn’t last long due to it was quickly ruined by an unhappy, grouchy, dreadful Buffet Assistant.
A steward called Abdullah who didn’t crack a smile or say hello it seems that he didn’t like what he was doing. Start to call names and to insult us in front of my son who was only 10 years old!!
He was really rude and offensive. I couldn’t believe that he was trying to pummel us. We were shocked and flabbergasted.
This rude steward really left us with a sour experience. As a Manager I will never let like this person to perform or anticipating to our guests ’ needs, or presenting our services, his morals and his look doesn’t allow him to represent this association.
Moreover I felt that there is a metamorphosis at the environment, even the ladies who used to be kind and generous became toughs and tenses.
I will NEVER be back and would never recommend this place to ANYONE!
