Ganz nett, die Betten haben allerdings keine Vorhänge und Steckdosen. Es gibt zwar USB Ports aber die funktionieren nicht.

這是我住過公共浴室最乾淨的青旅！六人房的空間也大又乾淨，吹風機也可直接向recpetion借，完全沒什麼可挑剔的。此外，地點絕佳，是我目前住過最棒的青旅。

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA. Tienen un solo elevador y no anduvo, teníamos una reserva para otra habitación y nos hicieron bajar 5 pisos por escalera sin ninguna ayuda con todo nuestro equipaje solo para hacernos subir todo de nuevo dos horas después. A nadie le importa esto, ni se ofrecieron a ayudarnos a bajar y subir . Viendo los reviews observo que paso lo mismo con el ascensor hace 2 semanas , por lo que se ve que sucede seguido

Awesome place to stay in Berlin! Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and the staff is super friendly. Also, the café is great too. The location is perfect being just a ~30 minute walk from the historic center and surrounded by a lot of great places to eat.

De haber sabido que iba a ser como fue, pagaba ese dinero para ir a otro hospedaje. Se rompió el ascensor el día siguiente a qué lleguemos y no anduvo por los siguientes 4 días que estuvimos ahí. A pesar de las consultas al personal, solo me decian "mala suerte", porque además se jactan de tener desayuno hasta tarde (1pm) pero cuando fui 11.30 a desayunar, estaba cerrado por reformas (así toda la semana). Pésima experiencia. La estrella extra se la lleva la habitacion que esta genial.

Pasamos una semana con "mala suerte" según los empleados que atienden. Pero yo lo entiendo como que me echan la culpa a mi (a mi mala suerte??) y no se hacen cargo de su inoperancia y su falta de compromiso y responsabilidad. Nuestra mala suerte? Que justo se rompa el ascensor cuando llegamos. Cuatro días arreglando el ascensor. Nuestra habitación en un 5to piso, subiendo y bajando todos los días. Con valijas o lo que sea que carguemos. Si sabía que esta situación iba a ser así, elegía otro hospedaje. Yo pagué todo como corresponde, ellos están fallando en su oferta y en su atención al cliente. Por lo que pagué, esperaba más. Plus: es un hostel y no tiene cocina. Además la semana que vinimos el desayuno tenía tiempo cortado, por lo que nos perdimos del mismo. Desastre, no recomiendo este hospedaje.

Das Zimmer war leider gar nicht so sauber wie alle schreiben, wir hatten ganz viel Staub überall rumfliegen,obwohl der Staubsauger vor der Tür stand…

Der Service und das Frühstück waren dagegen sehr gut ????????

Prix très abordable, chambre propre, personnel à l’écoute. Situé en face du tramway et du métro. Sinon situé à 25min à pied du centre ville. Wc et douche commune en petit comité. Sans regret pour cette première expérience en auberge. Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de micro onde ou de cuisine même si l’hôtel dispose d’un café.

I give 2 stars despite excellent service on reception and the good location...
What I didn’t like was the unisex conception: no dorms for women, even the showers were unisex.
I had a really creepy bunk bed neighbor, he was an older man who clearly had no regard for other people in the room, especially women. He was very noisy, snored all night long and made many other noises. Even worse, he brought some really smelly food to the dorm at 01:00 and was sitting in his underwear(!!!) while eating it. That was really rude. Why did I have to be woken up and see it?

The dorm door was extremely loud and I’d wake up every time people would enter.
Weird smell in the hallway and in the showers…
The usb near my bed was broken, but I was kindly provided an extension cord the 2nd night, but before that I was unable to charge my phone… I had to leave it unattended to charge and it was risky…

Overall the hostel is not bad, maybe I was unlucky. I’ll stay there again only if they introduce women-only dorms…

Ich war hier im Oktober 2023 und das war mein erster ”Hostelaufenthalt”.
Ich kann wirklich nichts Negatives über das Hostel sagen, weil meine Erfahrung einfach perfekt war.
Das Personal war super nett und die Atmosphäre war einfach Top Notch!
Würde gerne mal wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich mich in der Zukunft in Berlin befinde!

Superbe expérience ! Je garde l’adresse de côté et je le conseille vivement à toutes personnes souhaitant visiter Berlin. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le personnel est super agréable !

Les lits disposent de 2 prises USB, les chambres ont de larges casiers.
Il y a un bar au sous-sol, petit plus, ils brassent eux-mêmes leur bière qui est excellente !

Les douches et les toilettes sont nettoyés très régulièrement et d’une propreté plus que correct.

Amazing place. Clean, friendly, 24/7 reception. I had a few questions about berlin and their staff was amazing at answering that. A discounted walking tour is also available via a hostel discount code and a must. A bit of a walk to a lot of things but if you take transit, it was really good with trams right outside the hostel.

C'est une auberge de jeunesse moderne et avec une assez bonne ambiance. Les parties communes sont très propres. Elle est plutôt bien située avec une station de métro et de tram juste à coté. Pour aller vers l’ile des musée comptez une une dizaine de minute à pied. Le gros problème c'est l'absence de casier dans les dortoirs. Certes, l’accès aux chambres est bien sécurisé (trois passage de badge) mais à l'intérieur même des dortoirs, vous ne disposerez que d'un mini casier, pour quelques papiers. Plutôt bien bien pour un court séjours en solo, sinon, il existe d'autres formules de logements peut être mieux adaptées à Berlin.
