The Hotel will charge you a $1.37 fee for booking online. Parking on site is $15 (which they disclose on the website) and parking is very limited (also mentioned on their website). However, the parking is in a parking garage that can hold maybe 5 cars, if you drive a large SUV or truck it is almost impossible to maneuver. The parking garage had garbage on the floor and smelled like urine. Upon entering the Hotel, depending who is at the counter some of the staff are quite rude and not very helpful. There was puke on the hallway carpet close to our room. The headboard was all marked up, scuffs are fine but someone intentionally carved a heart into the headboard which made it feel less appealing…and you think your getting a nice big window in the bedroom when in fact they have curtains floor to ceiling, wall to wall with a small window. (It was hard to take a pic) The view was not great as you can see in the pic there’s a building there which is fine but to the right of that is a house full of graffiti with homeless people. You can hear everything coming from the next room and in the hallway. Also small things that would have made it better was if half the lightbulbs weren’t out in the room, and if cream or milk was provided with the coffee in the kitchenette (which is equipped with a fridge). I should also note that this a King Suite.

Très belle chambre moderne et spacieuse, avec cuisine et salon séparé. Une mini-suite idéale, j’avais l’impression d’avoir un mini-condo moderne. Le resto-café dans l’entrée était très bon, bien apprécié. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.
