Agréablement surprise par cet endroit après lecture des précédents avis. Nous avons réservé quasi dernière minute et y avons séjourné 2 nuits. La chambre est correcte, le lit très confortable. Il manquait par contre un tapis de bain et le bruit de la ventilation est quand même assez présent et ne peut être réglé...
Bon à savoir: le spa doit être réservé d'avance.
Entre le 1er et le 2ème étage il y a un petit balcon avec une balancelle, nous avons pu passer un moment en amoureux pour notre picnic improvisé. Magnifique emplacement avec des bancs et tables au bord de la rivière.

Really disappointed with our stay here. We booked the “romantic” room for 1 night after a 4 day camping trip. We paid $165 for a room that looked very little like the photo. Was looking forward to a hot shower after camping but there was none, only a bathtub. The room was in the basement which made it smell damp and sour. Air conditioning did not work and no option to open a window. There was a huge pile of damp and dirty towels on the floor in the small hallway leading to the room that was never picked up during our stay.

There’s no soundproofing; you can hear everything through the walls and constant loud stomping from upstairs especially since the breakfast room is directly above this room. The included breakfast was extremely basic; toast, cereal, yogurt which is generally fine however everything was mostly empty with no one around to refill things. No fruit or water available.

Reception was unwelcoming and overall the room did not match our expectations for a “romantic” stay based on the description. Didn’t use the hot tub after seeing the state of the bnb as we doubted its cleanliness.

The terrace in the back and the view of the river is really nice and the bed was comfy but sadly would not recommend based on the price.

Notre séjour dans cet établissement était bien. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire, petit + avec la fenêtre sur la cours.
L'emplacement est bien même si loin du centre ville mais a proximité du zoo.
Le petit déjeuner était simple et efficace.
Petit bémol pour le jacuzzi, où lors de l'inscription il est indiqué qu'il est nettoyé après chaque utilisation mais je ne pense pas. Nous avons passé notre temps à tenté de faire sortir la saleté qu'à profiter, et a nettoyé les rebords du jacuzzi avec la serviette usagé qui était a côté.
L'accueil dans l'établissement est plutôt froid et pas très chaleureux. Nous n'avons eu aucune information pour le petit déjeuner, ou encore pour le jacuzzi. Il fallait juste payer et partir.

Que dire ?
Factuellement : Aprés avoir réservé en février, nous avons eu une chambre en sous-sol. Un bruit de moteur èlectrique persistant toute la nuit. Le spa en panne. Beaucoup d’éléments cassés / mal entretenus.
On sent que le personnel fait ce qu’il peut pour sauver cet hôtel du naufrage
