I have been meaning to leave a review for just this Marriot hotel since late August 2023. I have to say they were the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever come across in any hotel. I usually credit management but applaud each staff member for pulling it all off. Thanks for a great stay

Hôtel très bien placé.
Accueil chaleureux, service du petit déjeuner pro, notre serveur Jonathan malgré une erreur lors de la prise de commande a su réagir de manière très professionnelle.
Par contre gros bémol pour la chambre qui même si elle est propre et agréable il fait froid …. Pis le chauffage qui fait un boucan d’enfer …. Ça te réveille en pleine nuit tellement il est bruyant…
Même si il est super bien placé … non pas de retour possible .. car le but d’une nuit à l’hôtel c’est de bien y dormir …

C’est dommage.

Très bien. La ventilation de notre chambre n'était pas ajustable et légèrement bruyante. Autrement, tout était super.

I travel all over the world for work. I only stay at Marriott properties. Some experiences are great, others, not.

I had a major issue with my room and the hotel was fully booked. Some how Jimmy at the front desk figured out a solution and saved the day.

I don’t write reviews. This is the first. Great work to Jimmy for finding a creative solution and saving our stay!!!

Walls are paper thin. We heard the yelling and crying of the kids in the room next door the entire stay. Don’t come here if you want a quiet weekend. - Marriott Bonvoy Member.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect location near everything. Staff was awesome and friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and wait staff cordial. If we come back would 100% stay here again

This hotel was worthwhile. The location is everything, we would leave the hotel and would come across Xmas markets ten feet away from the lobby. Every penny was more than worth it. The service was beyond excellent— impeccable. Jimmy, one of the hotel managers was very nice and helped me figure out a situation with my bank and the charges. He made our stay be more peaceful. His high spirits and kindness go a long way. Thank you Jimmy!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a night. This service from the front desk crew (esp. Jimmy) and the housekeeping crew made the experience great. They went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had a good time. The room was already incredibly clean and feels updated

One of the nicer Marriott hotels in Quebec. But there is no lounge. They are very conveniently located right outside of Old Town and walking distance to the parliament.
