The room was super clean, spacious, beds were super comfy. Zero complaints on that front. The only thing I found super bizarre was that there was no soap in the room, we had to use shampoo to wash our hands! It was very bizarre, they gave several bottles of shampoo and conditioner, just no soap! Otherwise, it's important to note the stairs are very steep and there's no elevator, I didn't realize that when I booked. Just something to look out for!

We booked our room through Expedia. We got to our room and it was lovely. But when we woke up there was “black pepper” all over our white sheets and I had bug bites on my hands and arms.
The room we stayed in had bed bugs. I reached out to Expedia they told me to contact the hotel. The hotel never answered their phone or returned my emails. I reached out to Expedia again and they said the hotel did not answer the phone and did not respond to emails.
I was looking for a refund Expedia told me sorry we can not refund your stay because we can not get in contact with the hotel.
So do not stay at this hotel and do not expect any help from Expedia if you have a problem. I’ll be using another site from now on to book hotels.

The location is great. The rooms are decent, but the bathroom was quite small. Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing whatsoever, so all day above me I could hear steps, conversations, coughing, zippers opening and closing on luggages, etc...

Excellent location, our room was very cute and reasonably priced, staff were friendly. The shower was pretty small and leaked a little around the bottom, otherwise would have given 5 stars

Pire expérience client. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, donc on entend les conversations dans les chambres voisines. Nos voisins de chambre ont fait le party jusqu’à 4h du matin. Nous avons tenté d’appeler à plusieurs reprises un responsable pour arranger la situation, mais aucune réponse. Aussi, il s’adonne que j’ai oublié un effet personnel dans ma chambre. Je tente de rentrer en contact, encore une fois, avec un responsable à travers plusieurs appels, des messages sur le répondeur, des courriels, mais toujours sans réponse! Impossible de parler avec qui que ce soit dans cet établissement !!! Je ne recommande pas.
