I understand that the designer wants to create a relaxing ambiance. However, the lighting in the rooms are extremely weak. I turned on every light possible and i could barely see my food.
The bedding are old and used with stains. On top of that , it smells like they forgot it in the washing machine. It doesnt smelll clean and fresh. Lamps are dusty, you can tell the people that clean dont pay attention to those.
The toilet struggling flushing down toilet paper. The lights are flickering non stop.
Last and not least, is the temperature in the room, i have hlset hest mode at 20c , and the room is still cold and when the heater is actually running it sounds like a tank! Also the curtains are way too small for the windows size.
They are renovating, so at 6h30 am you hear construction noises and it smells like petroleum.
Only good point is the size of the room and the location.

L'Hôtel est en construction.
Ils ajoutent des étages, littéralement et jamais ça n'a été mentionné quand on a réservé.
Nous ne serions tout simplement pas allés.
Aucun rabais ne nous a été offert pour compenser non plus.
En plus, ils font entrer les clients dans l'hôtel directement via le chantier de construction!
L'entrée principale est inaccessible parce qu'ils l'ont bloquée mais pourtant, c'est l'option la plus sécuritaire pour accéder à l'hôtel!
Nous nous sommes fait réveiller par les bruits de construction à 7am le lundi matin.
Il y avait aussi une note dans l'ascenseur pour dire que l'eau serait coupée à 10h...
Non! Définitivement notre première ET dernière fois chez-vous.
Un minimum de considération pour vos clients svp...

Pool was in poor shape. Rooms were dark. Service was helpful though.

Actuellement en rénovation mais sans impact sur l'intérieur.
Les chambres sont corrects mais sans plus.
La literie est confortable.
Je trouve que le shampoin et le gel douche mis a disposition est assez peu (petit tubes - old fashion), Ils devraient penser a mettre des distributeurs rechargeable fixés proche de la douchette.
Aussi, penser a mettre a disposition des sachets de tisane dans la chambre ( il semble y avoir seulement du café).
