Never received reservation details because my email was incorrectly recorded when booked over the phone. Reservation dates were also incorrectly recorded. Room rates were not correctly applied, resulting in being overcharged almost $300 for the stay. Room keys needed to be replaced daily due to demagnetization despite keeping them away from cell phone and other cards. Shower water spray was very poor.
I travel frequently for work so I am no stranger to a range of different hotel locations, chains, types, and ranges in quality. This was probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

It was my first stay and would definitely be my last. I was not explained clearly the breakdown of the total when I kept asking for it. Then I realized that they put on some extra charges for something that I have clearly refused earlier. We were 2 adults and 3 kids in the room and they left 1 bottle of water. And then when we checkes out, they asked me if I have used the water bottle in the room. Theb they charged me 3.75$ for that bottle. They never mentioned at the checkin that the water bottle was not included in the price. However they sell small 500ml water at the reception for higher price than you could buy at the wending machine for cheaper upstairs. SO BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLES ????♀️

sprit constructif.
Pour info, nous sommes un couple ayant tenu en France et en Amérique Centrale des hôtels avec toute la rigueur que cela impose, et ce pendant 25 ans.
